The unfurnished itself is for 13k..

There's this furnished 1bhk in independent villa... with proper kitchen and hall.. ac, tv too.. but it's not society apartment..

If i werent having depressions, id have settled for sth in 6-7k... on PG basis.. but i need max comfort and privacy...thats the cure..
