Old joys have rained like fury,
feeble memories have found romance again...

And all this, in such lovely fashion...fresh..and youthful..and enhancing...like leaves after a dewy night!

A celebration shall be trite,
a celebration shall be too little...

This is not time we held the success and caressed it...this is time we were drowned in it...in rage...in fury.....in wilderness......this is time we cruised to the mountain tops and scream...and shout...and call out names....without thought, without restrain...without any obligation to civilise our passion!

But now let me become mean...and display biases overtly...okay, im really not able to digest Dhoni becoming the hero of the match...and specially, when this crowning success should have more rightly belonged to Yuvraj, or Zaheer...who were not the general of only one battle, but the warlords of the whole season!

And to double my biases...im also not able to take that Sachin and Sehwag had little to contribute in this defining finale.....how i wish they had piloted the win...

And then, i fear Dhoni now being rechristened as the most successful captain ever...first, i cant see a Dada dethroned....and second, I really believe he was the better one...Winning the world cup is the best feat one can bring home....but that doesnt take away credit for invigorating a team, that critics said had got addicted to defeat!

It was Dada's aggression that arouse the dragons inside us!
He's the better captain........though views can differ, specially while we're inebriated with the win!!

Had lost touch with the blog...had to go to Kol for a very important meeting-up somebody....im taking time to start my innings again at work...this has to be a calculated one...and also i need to keep the zest of a first timer!
