... and I foolishly believed I had overcome my depression...
In the last 10 years, or more recently in the last one and a half years, I had been without depression for not more than two months at a stretch..
So when this time the desperate feel didn't come back after Jan first week, I thought it was permanently over.. Sadly it is not..
